Come experience historic Chesapeake City's first farmers market located just a stone's throw from the Inn at the Canal. Open Fridays from 4-7 p.m., this farmers market is located in the Beck’s Landing. Fruits, vegetables, meats, artisanal bread, fresh honey, flowers and plants are just a sampling of what you'll find at the Poplar Hall Farmers Market. As you stroll around the grounds visiting each vendor, enjoy craft beer, wine, and live music from local singer-songwriters.

Every Sunday from 1-4 p.m. in the Big Barn, Broken Spoke Winery hosts a farmers market with local growers and artisans. You'll find farm fresh produce, honey, lavender, baked goods, soap and beauty products, and so much more. Not only can shoppers enjoy all that vendors have to offer, but there's also live music and local food trucks, with something different each week. Make an afternoon out of it!

Priapi Gardens is a small family farm that's committed to the environment through its Bay-friendly greenhouse practices. While they are open for landscaping and gardening needs, they also host a weekly farmers market on Thursdays from 3-6 p.m. Stop by for an assortment of goods, from fruits and vegetables, to herbs and flowers, to homemade baked goods and preserves.
