As a part of Chesapeake City's "Winterfest" we are featuring a "Victorian Christmas Tea" at the Inn each Saturday in December. Due to its early popularity all of the tea's have already been sold out. We have added one for Sunday December 23. An incredible sumptuous menu by C.I.A. Chef Bob Roethke featuring German Linzer Torte, Lemon poppy bread, Cranberry Apricot bars, Chocolate dipped Madeline's, English Shortbread, Fancy filled Chocolate cups, Cucumber Tea sandwiches with mint butter, Salmon and Cape Cod Chicken salad tea sandwiches, Walnut Gruyere' Scones accompanied by authentic Clotted cream and Lemon Curd. The success of the Tea's has us planning to run them again every Saturday in February as a part of the town's "Month of Romance" celebration.
