  • $25 per night for additional guest on roll away bed
  • Maximum of double occupancy in Snug Harbor and Cara Cove
  • Maximum of quintuple occupancy in Upper Bay Suite
  • Maximum of triple occupancy in all other rooms

  • Holiday and special event rates may apply
  • Payment methods include cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)

Reservation policies:

  • Check in is 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. We would be happy to accommodate a later arrival if you let us know in advance.
  • Check out is 11 a.m.
  • Two-night minimum stay when booking a Friday night, Saturday night, or Sunday night from May 1 – October 31
  • There are limited accommodations for children. Please call to make special arrangements.
  • We love pets and genuinely regret that we cannot accommodate them.
  • For safety reasons and due to the age of our inn, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, in the Inn, or on the grounds.  Lit candles and any other flames are likewise prohibited. We will enforce a room-cleaning fee of $250 for guests who smoke anywhere on the property.
  • Additional fees will apply for lost keys or broken property.

Cancellation policies:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the reservation date will be fully refunded minus a $35 service fee, with the exception of holidays and special events.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation date will be fully refunded minus a $35 service fee only if we are able to fill the vacancy caused by your cancellation, with the exception of holidays and special events. 
  • Cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the reservation date if it falls on a holiday or special event (New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, the Antique Car Show, and the Power Run) will be fully refunded minus a $35 service fee.
  • Cancellations made within 21 days of the reservation date if it falls on a holiday or special event (New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, the Antique Car Show, and the Power Run) will be fully refunded minus a $35 service fee only if we are able to fill the vacancy caused by your cancellation.
  • Special restrictions apply to reserved wedding blocks. Please call us to discuss.
